Parmesan Oven Fries
These Parmesan oven fries are a healthier alternative to traditional fried potatoes. They're crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor from the Parmesan cheese and spices.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated
In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the fries and toss until evenly coated
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are golden brown and crispy
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
