Mango Chia Popsicles



Jelly Toast's Mango Chia Popsicles are a healthy way to cool off in the summer. You can make them with fresh mango, chia seeds, and coconut water. They are a great summer treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped ripe mango
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water

Instructions:

Using a blender, blend honey or maple syrup and chopped mango until the mixture is smooth

Add the chia seeds and coconut water and mix them in well

Put the mix into popsicle molds

Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's completely set
